Why Register
- To make online purchases, you must register for an account with Maternalove. Registration is simple and free! Once your details are stored, you can enjoy quicker and easier online shopping. You can also access your account online at any time to change your information.
- By creating an account and saving your info, you can enjoy the following benefits:
- Express Checkout: Enjoy a fast-track checkout on online purchases;
- Order Status and History: Get quick access to the status of your order. You can also review your past orders, including items purchased and order dates; and

How to Register- To register, click on My Account and proceed to create an account. Store your personal details to enjoy hassle-free shopping at Maternalove.
Accessing and Changing Your Account Information
- To change your personal details, just sign in with your e-mail address and the password you created during registration. You can then update or correct your personal data at the account information page.
Forgot Your Password?
- If you have forgotten your password, simply click on the forgotten password prompt in the sign-in screen. We will send a new password to your e-mail account. You can then change this to a new password of your choice in the account information pages.
Use of Account Information- Your account information is only used to facilitate the processing of your Maternalove order. We do not share, sell or rent your personal information to third parties. For more information on our Privacy Policy, please click here.
3. Ordering
How to Order
- Maternalove.com offers secure online shopping with user-friendly shopping cart facilities.
- To place an order, simply add the items you want to your Shopping Bag.
- When you have finished shopping, click on checkout in your Shopping Bag. Follow the instructions given, to guide you through the check-out process.
- You will be required to sign in to your account in order to check out. If you have not created an account, please click here to do so.
- In the checkout pages, you will be able to provide details of any discount codes, promotional codes or gift certificate numbers.
- If you have any special instructions or requests for us to take note of or if you have a special message for your recipient if you are giving a gift, please include that in the message box “Add Comments About Your Order” provided in the checkout pages.
Order Confirmation
- Upon submission of your online order, you will receive an e-mail confirming receipt of your order, with your order reference number and order details. You will also receive a Transaction Confirmation e-mail from WorldPay when your credit card has been charged.
- You will receive another e-mail when your order has been processed and shipped.
Order Tracking and Status
- You can check the status of your order by signing in to My Account.
- If you have opted for registered delivery, we will e-mail you the registered post tracking number so that you can track the delivery status of your package.
Order Cancellation
- Once an order has been confirmed and submitted, cancellations will not be allowed.
4. Shipping and Delivery
Shipping Process
- Once we have received your order, your order will be processed and shipped within 3 business days.
- Do note that processing may take longer during peak festive or sale periods.
- We will send you an e-mail once your order has been shipped. For international orders (which are sent by registered airmail) and local registered orders, we will also include your tracking reference number. (For more information on order tracking and status, please click here).
Shipping to a Different Address
- You may place an order to be shipped to another address (other than your billing address) or to another recipient. Please enter the details during checkout.

Shipping Charges - International (Non-Singapore) Orders
- All international orders are sent by registered airmail.
- Rates are charged according to merchandise total and the zone the country is in.
- Please be aware that all products delivered internationally (outside of Singapore) may incur additional customs and taxes charged by the country the items are entering into. These additional costs are not covered under the shipping fee you pay for when we fill your order. It is the customer’s responsibility to pay for these additional charges in order to receive their shipment.
- On occasions when international shipping charges need to be adjusted, we will send you an e-mail advising you on the new charges. Upon your confirmation, we will send you another e-mail with a link to pay via credit card. Once payment has been charged, your order will be shipped to you.

5. Payment
Payment Options
- All payments are to be made in Singapore dollars.
- Maternalove only accepts the following forms of payment:
- Credit card;
- Bank transfer (internet / ATM / over-the-counter); and
- Online gift certificates (For information on redeeming gift certificates, please click here).
- Please select your payment option at checkout.
Credit Card Payments
- We accept credit card payment through Visa or MasterCard through WorldPay’s secure payment processing system service. WorldPay ensures transaction security and integrity through Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology. To find out more about WorldPay, click here. For more information on our privacy policy, click here.
- Upon confirmation of your order at checkout, you will be transferred to a WorldPay Secure Payment Page where you will be required to provide your name as it appears on the credit card, your credit card number, and expiration date.
- If there is a problem with processing your credit card, you will receive an error message and will be prompted to enter your card details again.
Payment by Bank Transfer
- Payment can be transferred directly to our bank account. Once you've selected the Bank Transfer option at the Payment Information page during checkout, our bank account details will be provided during the checkout process and in the Order Confirmation e-mail.
- Please contact us after you have made payment, quoting your order number and the transaction reference number.
- Payment via bank transfer must be made within 3 days from the date of order, otherwise the order will be automatically deleted by the system.

6. Returns and Exchanges / Refund Policy
Returns and Exchanges / Refund Policy
- No refunds will be given for items bought from our store ie items bought from our store cannot be returned for cash.
- Normal-priced items, can be returned it to us for exchange of another item.
- Sale / discounted price items are final and not eligible for exchanges.
- Returned merchandise of normal-priced items can be exchanged for other apparel of a different style, size, colour or for another item.
- For exchanged items of a lower value than the returned merchandise, the excess amount will be forfeited.
- Customers will have to pay for the difference in value for exchanged items of a higher value than the returned merchandise.
Terms and Conditions for Returns and Exchanges
- We will only accept returns of:
- Unwashed, unworn and undamaged merchandise; or
- Manufacturer-defective merchandise.
- All returned merchandise must be in original packaging with tags still attached.
- For hygienic reasons, we do not accept returns of nursing bras.
- It is the customers’ responsibility to pay for delivery charges of returned items back to us.
- Original shipping, delivery and handling fees are non-refundable.
- Maternalove will not be responsible for any lost, misdirected or damaged items en route to our address. It is best to insure your package and send it through priority or registered mail to ensure a safe delivery of the contents. Be sure to retain a tracking number for your package in case it gets lost or misdirected.
- Please contact us within 5 days after receiving your goods to request for an exchange.
- For Singapore orders, items have to be returned to us within 14 days from the date of invoice (ie we must receive the items within 14 days from the invoice date).
- For international (non-Singapore) orders, items have to be returned to us within 30 days from the date of invoice (ie we must receive the items within 30 days from the invoice date).
Procedure for Returns and Exchanges
- Contact us, quoting your order or invoice number, item and description to be returned and reasons for returning.
- In our reply, we will provide you with:
- A Returns Authorisation reference number to acknowledge receipt of your intention to return the products to us;
- A Returns and Exchanges form; and
- Our contact address for the items to be mailed back to us.
- Fill in and print the Returns and Exchanges form. Remember to include the Returns Authorisation reference number.
- Pack the returned merchandise in secure packaging. Your package must include:
- The items to be exchanged / returned;
- The original invoice; and
- The Returns and Exchanges form.
- It is advisable to send your return back to us through an insured, traceable method.
7. Gift Certificates
Purchasing a Gift Certificate
- Gift certificates are valid for 6 months and are good towards the purchase of any of our products, including sale items.
- Your recipient will receive an electronic gift certificate via e-mail, along with a personalised message.
- Gift certificates can be purchased online and are available in denominations of S$25, S$50, S$100, S$150, S$200 and S$300.
- During checkout, please provide your recipient’s e-mail address and write your personalised message in the message box “Add Comments About Your Order” in the Delivery Information page.
- Key in your recipient’s e-mail address and write your personalised message in the message box “Add Comments About Your Order” provided in the checkout pages.
Redeeming a Gift Certificate
- Gift certificates are redeemable online on any of our products.
- All gift certificates have a personalised code linked to the recipient’s e-mail address.
- If you receive a gift certificate by e-mail, it will contain the details of who gave you the gift certificate, along with a personalised message from them. The e-mail will also contain the gift certificate code.
- To redeem, shop and checkout as you normally would. Once you checkout, you will have to create an account (if you do not have an existing one), before the gift certificate is validated and placed in your account for you to spend on our products.
- During the checkout process, key in the gift certificate code in the gift voucher section and click REDEEM.
- If your total order exceeds the amount on the gift certificate, you will have to pay for the exceeded amount yourself.
- Gift certificates are for one-time use only. Any unused amount on your gift certificate after your purchase will be forfeited.
- Gift certificates are not redeemable for cash.
Gift Certificate Returns and Exchanges
- If you have received a gift purchased from Maternalove, or purchased something using a gift certificate, but discovered that the item is not suitable for you, you can choose to return the gift to us in exchange for another item.
- Simply follow the procedures for returns and exchanges. The same terms and conditions apply.
8. Discounts and Promo Codes
- Occasionally, you may receive special offers through our newsletter e-mails or through promotions on our website or other advertising mediums. These special offers can only be redeemed through promotional or coupon codes.
- To use the code, enter your promotional or coupon code in the space provided at the Payment Information page during the checkout process.
- If there is a problem with the promotional code, an error message will appear and you will to rectify the code before you can continue to checkout.
- Only one promotional code or gift certificate code can be applied at a time for each order.
9. Newsletters
- Maternalove regularly sends out e-mail newsletters to subscribers that contain updates of new arrivals and are full of exclusive promotions and special offers. For more details on our newsletter service or to subscribe, please click here.
10. Sizing
- To determine your garment size, please click here.
- If you wish to view or try on our apparel before purchasing, please contact us to schedule an appointment. Currently, we are only open for walk-in appointments during weekends.
